Return Conditions:
1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt of your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. ( Please make sure if you didn't open in front of delivery man then record a video when you are opening the parcel.)
2. Non-Defective Returns: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects or damages, you may do so within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Return Guidelines:
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Any product that has been worn, altered, or washed will not be eligible for return.
- The return shipping cost for non-defective returns will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
Return Process:

5. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund or arrange for an exchange as per our prior conversation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
